It gives me immense pleasure in sharing that UGC-Human Resource Development Centre (Erstwhile the Academic Staff College) of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar, which was established in 2009 only, has steadily budding into an Institution of great prominence. National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore, an apex Accreditation Agency, has reviewed its worth as top most “Performer” institution. The HRD Centre of the university is committed to the pursuit of excellence and leadership in educational services and practices. With such a high growing speed of growth and remarkable performance across the country, it is necessary to have in place stable tools of communication with society and all stakeholders wherein the Website/Webpage of the institution serves as a very strong and an objective mode of information dissemination. I am confident that the ‘Webpage’ of this institution shall serve as a tool for effective communication and it is expected to disseminate the relevant and necessary information to our stakeholders by providing them updates and alerts for the future and the performance of the past to connect them with the University. Our HRD Centre is continuously engaged in organizing the UGC Sponsored courses throughout the year which foster an intellectual environment by stimulating the academic as well as research activities among the young teachers, research scholars and non-academic staff to ignite their minds. In addition, it also conducts the programmes sponsored by other national agencies like ICSSR, Ministry of HRD, Government of India and TEQIP etc. I appreciate the efforts of HRDC team in this regard and wish them a good luck in their didactic enterprise and hope that their association with this institution shall be an empowering, enriching and educative experience in all spheres.
